By Car
Car parking and accessible parking is located in the library car park adjacent to the museum. Check the map for our exact location or use our post code EH39 4JU in your satnav.

Walking
Walking from the end of the High Street to the museum takes approximately 5 minutes:

Head towards the east end of the High Street, turn right along Quality Street. You will see a mini roundabout straight ahead, go left at the mini roundabout along East Road. School Road is the first turning on the left and the museum is 50 yards along School Road on the right.

Accessibility
We want everyone who comes to our museum to enjoy their time with us and make the most of their visit.

The museum is situated on the first floor of a Grade C Listed building, above the local library. The museum can be accessed by stair or lift. Once on the first floor, there is level access and plenty of room between exhibits for wheelchair access.

There are toilet facilities on the First Floor and a Changing Places accessible toilet with adult changing facility and baby changing facility on the Ground Floor. Guide dogs, hearing dogs and other recognised assistance dogs are welcome in the museum. For those hard of hearing, there is a Hearing Loop.

Accessible parking is located in the library car park adjacent to the museum.
